This application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8276 of 2020, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No 511 of 2019 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not adhere to the time for surrendering in the Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7462 of 2021(3) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 is granted to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 29.02.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8276 of 2020. This application is accordingly, allowed.
