Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant came to know about the name of the petitioner after the alleged occurrence through some other persons and he is in jail custody since 12.12.2013 but up till now he has not been put on T.I. Parade. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
