2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased (informant's son) was found by the nephew of the informant near Sadar Hospital and thereafter, the police was informed regarding the same and the Police sent the body for Post Mortem.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no eye-witness to

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024.
