The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354, 420, 354(D), 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 and 67 of I.T. Act. It is alleged in the written report that informant after death of her husband met with petitioner. He obtained her e-mail I.D. and Facebook I.D. It is further alleged that petitioner without her consent, misused I.D. of the informant and posted vulgar picture and video with intention to malign her image. Petitioner proposed her to commit illegal act with her and on refusal, she was threatened to kill and kidnap her children. It is further alleged that petitioner put pressure upon the informant to execute sale deed with respect to her house in his name. He used to take money from her. When family of the informant intervened in the matter, then he assured in writing not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31386 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 to repeat such act in future, for which, he was paid Rs.15,000/- by the informant and a written memo has been prepared on 27.10.2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that matter has already been compromised between the parties and compromise petition has been enclosed as Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
