JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 329 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 354B, 379, 427, 504 & 506 of IPC Allegation as per F.I.R. is that buffaloes of the petitioner were grazing in the field of the informant and when she protested, the petitioner and others tried to disrobe her and there is also allegation of snatching her nose ring and ear ring and demanded Rangdari.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner is owner of the land. However, the same has been purchased by the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31526 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.
