The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that from Mobile No.

8470961333 call was made on Mobile No. 9430214565 which belongs to the sister of the informant and extortion was made. During the course of investigation, it has come that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36784 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 Mobile No. 8470961333 belongs to the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and he has got no criminal antecedents. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.06.2014.

Considering the facts that no extortion was paid, petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody for six months, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014.
