2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.443 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137 and 87 of BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years, went out from his house saying that she was going to coaching, when she did not return for considerable time, she was being searched. In the evening at 7:00 P.M., Dilkhush Kumar, son of the petitioner called on Mob. No.9341176641 that the girl is with him. Bittu Kumar also told that he had left Dilkhush Kumar and the minor

It is further alleged that when the informant went in the house of the petitioner they started abusing and assaulted him. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that only allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted and abused the informant and the family members. The main crust of the allegation is against Dilkhush Kumar.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 16.01.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submitted that Dilkhush Kumar is son of this petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
