The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.151 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report and the statement of the witnesses recorded in course of investigation in para 5, 6, 7, 16 and 17 as has been highlighted by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in his order dated 15.09.2018 passed in ABP No.2811 of 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66415 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 12th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.151 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
