====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the informant and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 564 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 385, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner and other accused persons having armed with weapons came and assaulted the informant. They hurled bomb on the informant with intention to kill him, on account of which, glass of Scorpio car standing nearby was broken. Thereafter all the accused persons fled away with Bolero

From the written report it appears that no injury was caused to anybody.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.3.2019.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
