Case No. 55 of 2018, dated 05.07.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. About 21 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from one Sonu Kumar from near the boundary wall of one Murari Prasad. The prosecution of the petitioner in the present case is only on the basis of aforesaid Sonu Kumar naming him as one of his associates.
