====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 485 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 417, 420, 467, 468, 406, 120 -B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion, petitioners have been falsely been implicated in this case. Parties have compromised the matter as is evident from Annexure-2. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.71546 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 485 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
