====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19741 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, in the cause title of the petition, the father's name of the petitioner no. 2 had not been given correct and in place of "Suresh Mehta @ Santan Mehta", "Suresh Mehta" has been typed and also the village name of the petitioner no. 1 and 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29310 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 in place of "Amarpura, Sankarpur", "Mastlika" has been typed.

In the above view of the matter, let the words petitioner no. 2's father "Suresh Mehta" and village name of petitioner nos. 1 & 2 "Mastlika" as typed in cause title of the order dated 03.04.2019 be treated as corrected to read as "Suresh Mehta @ Santan Mehta" and "Amarpura, Sankarpur", respectively.

4. The order dated 03.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 19741 of 2019 stands modified only to the above extent.

5. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of order dated 03.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 19741 of 2019 is extended by six weeks from today.

6. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29310 of 2019 stands disposed of.
