Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused is of inducement of two minor girls to go with them and they allegedly married with them. In the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., victims have alleged that the petitioner and others have forcefully kidnapped them and forcefully married with them.

In view of the fact that the victims were admittedly minors, it cannot be argued that they were married by their

Hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.447 of 2018 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamui. Accordingly, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
