2. Earlier, the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26057 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged custody i.e. 02.01.2024 .

4. The report of the learned Trial Court shows that total eight charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined and only the doctor and the I.O. are remained to be examined.

5. Learned Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is directed to ensure the production of the doctor and the I.O. for their evidence before the learned Court below on the date fixed.
