The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. It is also submitted that the allegation of assaulting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33169 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 is on leg and shoulder, which are not vital parts. There is case and counter case between the parties and it is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It appears from Annexure 4 of this application, that good sense has been prevailed between the parties. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/ concerned Court, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
