2. In compliance of order dated 20.02.2025, the Counsel for the Housing Board has filed a supplementary counter affidavit stating therein that as per provisions laid down under Digha Acquired Land Settlement Act, 2010 and Digha Acquired Land Settlement Rules, 2014 notified by the Urban Development and Housing Department, Bihar Patna the Board is obliged to refund the deposited amount of the petitioner in accordance with the relevant provisions and as per provisions in the aforesaid Act/Rules, the petitioner is required to apply in prescribed form/application and the Board after examining the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2340 of 2015(6) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 same shall refund the amount in question to the petitioner alongwith interest as mentioned in the Digha Acquired Land Settlement Act, 2010 and Digha Acquired Land Settlement Rules, 2014.
