The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 83
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32597 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2021 2/3 of 2020 dated 14.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioners is of having assaulted the informant and his son, both of whom have received four injuries each. Out of such injuries, two injuries each have been opined to be simple in nature. With respect to the other two injuries on the respective victims, the opinion has been kept reserved. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well.
The daughter of petitioner no. 1 got a case registered against the informant and others vide Koilwar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020.
The petitioners as well as the informant come from the same stock of family. The dispute between the two families lies somewhere else and the present implication in this case is a fallout of the earlier dispute. Considering the nature of accusation and the background facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the
