2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 1912-2014 passed by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Mridula Mishra Chairman Bihar land Tribunal, Patna (B.L.T. in short) in connection with B.L.T. Case No. 573 of 2013 whereby and where under Her Lordship was pleased to allow the aforesaid case in favour of Petitioners and accordingly set-aside the order dated 21-11-2012 passed by the Additional Collector, Buxar in Mutation Revision Case No. 59/2005-150 /2006/69 of 2012, the order dated 13-06-2005 passed by the D.C.L.R. Dumraon in Mutation Appeal No. 09 of 2005-06 as well as order dated 20-03-2004 passed by the Circle Officer, Brahmpur in Mutation Case No. 1366 of 2003-04 under the purported exercise of powers

Patna High Court CWJC No.4276 of 2015(5) dt.18-08-2025 3/3 conferred to them in Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.

The petitioner seeks indulgence of the Hon'ble court to grant him any other relief/s to which he is entitled in the facts & circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent authority/Court for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. Granting said liberty to approach appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance, the writ petition stands disposed of.
