2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109 and 65(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a 10 year old girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2025.

5. Considering the heinous allegation and perusal of
