2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No. 2 of 1990 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 447 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This is a case of misuse of bail. Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 42032 of 2023 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trail of the petitioner positively within six months, failing which the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2023.

5. From the report of the trial court, it appears that the case has still not been committed. In these circumstances, this application is allowed.
6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 14th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Chhauradano P.S.Case No. 2 of 1999
