The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that at the instigation of this petitioner the second wife of the informant, namely, Pramila Devi administered poison to the informant's step son, who subsequently died.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Pramila Devi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has illicit relationship with Pramila Devi and hence, they committed the offence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36570 of 2014 (03) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against Pramila Devi, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 699 of 2014 arising out of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014.
