JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 happens to be mother in law, petitioner no. 2 is unmarried sister in law and petitioner no. 3 is younger brother in law of the deceased. The written report of the informant reflects that marriage of deceased had taken place five years ago but the so-called demand of motorcycle was made ten days prior to the alleged occurrence though the marriage of

Moreover, considering the status of petitioners in their family as well as this aspect of the matter that parties appear to have already settled their dispute amicably, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Saran, Chapra in Panapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahzad/- U T
