The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.07.2020 passed by the Chief Engineer, Bihar Police Building Construction Department.

The short argument advanced by Mr. P.K. Shahi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the respondents have passed order blacklisting the petitioner for indefinite period which is contrary to the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of M/S Kulja Industries Ltd vs Chief Gen.Manager W.T.Proj.Bsnl : (2014) 9 SCC 105.
