The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Sunaina Devi on her forehead. The doctor found one injury on her forehead. The injury found to be grievous due to fracture of metacarpal. It appears that there is series of litigation between the parties. Petitioner is co-sharer of the informant. There is no repetition of blow and the petitioner is in jail since 16.9.2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
