This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11052 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11052 of 2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time
