JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 09.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) 201/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant was killed after three years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. The F.I.R was lodged after seventeen days of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. However the petitioner is a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36648 of 2014 (3) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 during trial.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai.
