JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 33, 34, 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.04.2023. It is alleged that there is recovery of 440 litres of spirit from the pickup van.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two
