1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 40 liters of liquor from a place behind the house of Sanjay Manjhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is next submitted that the recovery was made from a place which does not belong to the petitioner, but since he resides nearby, hence, he came to be apprehended and is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2026.
