The impugned order dated 25.05.2017 passed by the Member Administrative in B.L.T. Case No. 669 of 2016 is under challenge.

The order is cryptic, non-speaking, perfunctory order

Patna High Court CWJC No.14219 of 2017(10) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 which cannot be considered as an order in the eye of law. In these circumstances, the order dated 25.05.2017 is quashed. The matter is remitted back to the Bihar Land Tribunal for fresh consideration.

The Bihar Land Tribunal while deciding the matter will deal with all the submissions of the petitioner which are raised in the tribunal.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
