This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Revision No. 1065 of 2019, whereby and whereunder vehicle of the petitioner was directed to be released on various terms and conditions including furnishing of one surety.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of State of Jharkhand, and he is not in position to furnish surety of the State of Bihar, and as such, this condition of release of his vehicle may kindly be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8139 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 modified. He submits that petitioner is ready to furnish surety of the State of Jharkhand.

Considering the submissions and the grounds stated in the application, prayer for modification is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to furnish surety of the State of Jhakhand instead of the State of Bihar.

The order dated 22.01.2020 passed in Cr. Revision No. 1065 of 2019 stands modified to the above extent. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
