This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rafiganj Police Station Case No. 92 of 2023 (arising out of G.R. No. 580 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. About 84.405 litres of IMFL has been recovered from vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2023. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, I, Aurangabad (Bihar), in
