In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 472 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A)(b)(c) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

About 64 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Alto Car, which was being driven by the petitioner, who fled away.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court
