2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- A). For issuance of Writ, order, or direction in nature of Mandamus directing the respondent(s) authorities specially the SHO to release the Vehicle Bearing Reg. no.-BR-26-2-5615, (Mahindra Thar) which was illegally seized by the Police official in connection with Nagar P.S. case no.-582/2024 dated 08.08.2024 instituted for the offences U/s -316(2)/316(3)/316(5) /318(4)/303(2)/3(5), of the BNS,2023 against the petitioner and his family members.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.964 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 B. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent authority for make proper and fair investigation.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court for release of the vehicle in question by way of filing an application.

4. If any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the Magistrate concerned in accordance with law within one month of its filing.
