Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muffasil (Gaya) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the submission that similarly circumstanced co-accused Nagendra Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 09.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43511 of 2021, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
