JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 4.6.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the period in custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36959 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
