It appears from perusal of the case diary that except information of spy of police as well as supervision note and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Hisua P.S. Case no. 56/2011.
