A) That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities in particular the Circle Officer Narkatiyaganj (Respondent No. 5) to take measurement and thereafter to remove encroachment from the road as directed by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Narkatiyaganj

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Narkatiyaganj, District-West Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
