The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws within one year of marriage and left her dead body at P.M.C.H, Patna. The informant received the dead body of her daughter from the Postmortem house of P.M.C.H, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and the allegation for torturing the daughter of the informant has not been made in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33997 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 the First Information Report against the petitioner but due to ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, Naveen Kumar, husband of the deceased, is in custody since 31.01.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
