The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 14 named including these petitioners along with 20-25 unknown persons killed the sister of informant and disposed of her dead body. It is submitted that petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of petitioners transpired during course of investigation. There is no specific accusation against this petitioner. Informant did not disclose the name of villagers who

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32989 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 disclosed him about the alleged occurrence. Save and except suspicion there is no material which shows complicity of petitioners in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
