2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That the present application is being filed for quashing the order dated 6/2/2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in T.R. No. 2843/14 arising out of M.R. No. 55/13 by which Cognizance of the offence under Section 188 of Indian Penal Code has been taken and Summons have been issued to the accused persons (Petitioners)"

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the application be disposed off with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3488 of 2015(4) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 liberty to raise all points available before the Court below at the appropriate stage.
