Petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 29 Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that police found two persons sitting on the motorcycle. They tried to run away on seeing the police party. The petitioner was driving the motorcycle. Another person, Shankar Kumar, sitting on the motorcycle was having plastic bag, which he was trying to conceal. On search, 200 cartridges were found as mentioned in the written report.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the written report it appears that there is no recovery of any

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
