The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that this petitioner along with co-accused persons kidnapped the son of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Now, the case has been compromised between the parties and compromise petition has also been filed. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. However, learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner and the victim boy in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has also taken name of this petitioner.
