Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a)b, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that from possession of the petitioner two cartridges were recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 08.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hawai Adda Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31265 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 287 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
