The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.614 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, S.H.O. of Sherghati P.S., after having received secret information, raided the house of the petitioner and recovered two stolen motorcycles. On disclosure made by the petitioner, a raid was conducted in the house of Raushan Kumar and recovered one stolen motorcycle.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody claimed the motorcycle but the fact remains that the petitioner was having no documents with regard to the ownership of the motorcycles kept in his house. The petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2019.

No.31443 of 2020(2) dt.01-12-2020 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for about 11 months and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 2 of the petition, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, District-Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S.
