This application has been filed assailing the impugned order by which the learned court below has refused the prayer on behalf of the defendant for marking a document as exhibit.

From the perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that the prayer for bringing that document as evidence has been made after closing of evidence and after part argument in the suit was completed. The learned court below has further found that the said document has no relevance with regard to the suit land or the parties to the suit. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15598 of 2014 (2) dt.26-10-2016 Constitution of India.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
