JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 dated 26.11.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and several others are alleged to have made attempts to plough the field of the informant in an unauthorized manner. When a protest was made, an altercation took place. The petitioner is alleged to have

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present case is counter blast to the case lodged by his uncle vide Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016. It has further been submitted that there is a pending land dispute and it is only on account of the aforesaid dispute that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

The petitioner was earlier made accused in one case which was registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection
