JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 03.07.2015 passed in CWJC No. 6119 of 2015 has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. Before parting, the Court would only observe that the Life Insurance Corporation of India (hereinafter referred to as the

Patna High Court MJC No.3594 of 2016 dt.21-08-2019 2/2 'Corporation') is required to act upon the requisition sent by the University with regard to the payment of Group Insurance to the petitioner. Let the same be done without delay.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the authorities of the Corporation along with a copy of this order to enable them to expedite the matter.
