The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with respect to petitioners no. 1 and 2 in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the court below shall

No.69123 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/3 take into account that there is a counter version of the occurrence lodged by petitioner no. 2 in which persons of the side of petitioners also have been injured and that there is a land dispute and shall pass orders in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail petition has not been entertained by this court.
The anticipatory bail petition with respect to petitioners no. 1 and 2 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
So far as the petitioners no. 3 and 4 are concerned, they are not attributed with any specific allegation of assault.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against petitioners no. 3 and 4 as also taking into account the background of land dispute as well as the fact that some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners no. 3 and 4 are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist,
