2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered under Sections 363, 365, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

As a matter of fact, there was love affair between brother of petitioner no. 2 and daughter of informant. It is further stated that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case and clearly stated that she was in love affair with co-accused Abhishek Kumar @ Lorik since 2019, and she herself fled away with this petitioner and solemnized marriage and both of them are living happily as husband and wife. The victim claimed her age 20 years. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024,
