The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of order dated 09.12.2015 in CWJC No.17789 of 2013. A show-cause on behalf of opposite party no.3, the Special Land Acquisition Officer (Bagmati Project, Ratwara, Muzaffarpur) is on record by which it has brought on record memo no.1196 dated 01.11.2022 passed by the Executive

Patna High Court MJC No.2851 of 2016(10) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 Engineer, Bagmati Division, Runnisaidpur and after incorporating the facts that there is no document to show how the land came in the hand of the petitioner, request has been made for cancellation of the Jamabandi. So far as his claim is concerned regarding payment/compensation the same has been rejected.

The petitioner if so want can challenge the said order. No contempt is made out.

Accordingly, MJC No.2851 of 2016 stands disposed of.
